  • Alignment of targets & goals to activities. Consistency & accountability are key components for dealership & trainee(s) success
  • One on one/team coaching session 50 minutes weekly via Zoom
  • Weekly challenge/goal for the participant(s)
  • Feedback & recommendations will be sent to the direct manager of the trainee(s) within 3 hours of the coaching session
  • Limited access to your coach via text/call/email
  • Programs available for salespeople, sales management, team leads & BDC

In Dealership Training Program

Recommended two day (12 hour) program with a certifcation of completion

Includes, but not limited to:

  • Consultation with DP, GM, or GMS reviewing training goals, desired outcomes & how to gauge the success of training investment
  • Sales management accountability & training session – one of our core values at Driving Automotive Sales is that we believe in the alignment of management accountability & activities. True success starts with the leaders within the dealership. Our trainers will hyper-focus on building & assessing management skills & provide training tools, desking methods, real-life customer engagement strategies & the list goes on…
  • Salesperson & BDC training – group sessions to ensure proper coverage on the sales floor. Curriculum dependant on management goals. Includes Omni-channel solutions between departments and processes
  • Pre-training secret shop
  • Follow up with participants post-training with coaching notes & recommendations
  • Follow up secret shop report 4-6 weeks post onsite training
